1. Each order uses cubic yards has a minimum 3 cubic yards and a maximum of 20 cubic yards.

2. Each order that uses tons has a minimum of 3 tons and a maximum of 8 tons

2. All materials are delivered in bulk by dump truck

(a) Driver will dump your material in a safe and accessible place on your property.
(b) These dump trucks need a minimum of 10 feet of width to pass through gates.
(c) Driver will use his sole discretion in the placement of material on off-driveway locations.

4. Our e-commerce system can not effectively price multiple product in one order.
